Iga Swiatek made a remark that she most likely regrets now because the Australian Open crowd handled her with loud boos after she acknowledged that Sydney has higher espresso outlets than Melbourne. 

Off the court docket, the Polish tennis star likes to loosen up by ingesting some espresso and studying books. 

In the meantime, Melbourne’s espresso spots are broadly thought to be top-of-the-line on this planet.

The five-time Grand Slam winner tried to backtrack on her assertion.

“No guys, the thing is, it’s not easy to fall asleep during a grand slam so my coffee needs to be lower, so I didn’t do the right research… Sorry for my answer,” she stated.
