The Davis Cup Qualifiers tie between Belgium and Chile in Hasselt concluded with controversy! Zizou Bergs claimed two singles wins for the host nation, together with the deciding in opposition to Cristian Garin on Sunday. 

The match drew many reactions and led to chaos following an incident within the closing levels of the duel. Bergs grabbed a break within the eleventh sport of the decider and made a correct celebration of it. Nonetheless, he ran and collided with Garin on the web.

Nicolas Jarry, Garin’s teammate, took a fan’s telephone from the stands and confirmed the replay to his group on the bench. It raised fury and frustration among the many Chileans, who shouted towards the Belgian bench, condemning Bergs’ unsportsmanlike conduct.
